NEVADA AIR NATIONAL GUARD

The Nevada Air National Guard Vehicle Maintenance Facility provides maintenance, painting, service and administrative functions for the entire fleet.

This project not only had to be designed within the NVANG Design Guidelines, but also required several specific features such as high maintenance bays with vehicle lifts, a paint booth, a lubrication system and support spaces. The maintenance bay, common area, and administrative spaces are all daylit to reduce the need for artificial lighting.

The building includes concrete masonry, vaulted metal roofs and drought-tolerant landscaping, making for a structure that is attractive, functional and ideally suited for the Nevada Air National Guard.
